Members participated in the “Mother’s Street” cleanup movement, cleaning up various NJ parks and streets. Meanwhile, the campaign took place in 175 countries and 6,000 regions simultaneously.

About 100 volunteers from the Church of God in Ridgewood, Passaic and Mountainside went to Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park to carry out a cleanup in honor of the city of Paterson’s 225th anniversary.
Bergen County Cleanup Campaign for Hackensack Parks
The Bergen County Cleanup Campaign kicked off with 110 Church of God volunteers from Bogota, Passaic and Ridgewood, who cleaned the Riverfront Plaza and Johnson and Foschini parks.
Your Family, Our Family, Heaven’s Family

Members collected 3,100 pairs of socks to be donated to the Socks for Soldiers Drive in Passaic County. The mayor of Hawthorne presented a Certificate of Appreciation to the Church for its superb contributions.
Mother’s Love Growing in the Community Garden
Volunteers from the Church of God in Ridgewood embraced the cold weather to beautify the Rutherford Community Garden by removing trash and spreading mulch to prepare the park for spring.
2016 Walk for Awareness Volunteer Service at Englewood Hospital
Volunteers lifted up their voices at Englewood Hospital’s 2016 Walk for Awareness. Throughout the day, they cheered on 5K participants walking to raise awareness for breast cancer.
