Elohim God and God the Mother

Since God is infinite, the Bible advises that we should continually seek to know and understand God.

Oh, that we might know the LORD! Let us press on to know him.
Hosea 6:3 (NLT)

And the best and only source to know God is the Bible.

“You search the Scriptures because you think they give you eternal life. But the Scriptures point to me [Christ]!”
John 5:39 (NLT)

Who Is Creator God?

Although we read “God” in our English Bibles, the original language of the Bible, Hebrew, uses the word “Elohim.” The Scriptures contain more than 2,500 instances of Elohim—a plural noun. From this term alone, we can see that God is actually Gods—plural—God the Father and God the Mother.

Then God said, “Let us make human beings in our image, to be like us. They will reign over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, the livestock, all the wild animals on the earth, and the small animals that scurry along the ground.”
Genesis 1:26 (NLT)

When God created human beings, God did not say “Me” and “My,” which are singular terms, but rather said, “Us” and “Our,” plural terms for Elohim Gods.

God even provided further evidence of the existence of Elohim Gods through what was created: male and female, both in the image of God.

So God created human beings in his own image. In the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.
Genesis 1:27 (NLT)

God created males because God the Father exists. And God created females because God the Mother exists. All creation is male and female because Elohim Gods created the heavens, the earth and everything in them.

Elohim Gods in Revelation

Elohim Gods even appeared to Apostle John.

The Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And let the one who hears say, “Come!” Let the one who is thirsty come; and let the one who wishes take the free gift of the water of life.
Revelation 22:17

Here, Elohim Gods are described as the Spirit and the Bride. According to the Holy Trinity, God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are one God—Father. Then who is the Bride that appears alongside Father? She is none other than the completion the Elohim Gods—God the Mother.

Elohim Gods in All Creation

Elohim Gods created all nature around us as a way to know Them.

For ever since the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky. Through everything God made, they can clearly see his invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature. So they have no excuse for not knowing God.
Romans 1:20 (NLT)

Everything is male and female, and new life is brought forth through a father and mother. Through Elohim Gods’ creation, we can realize Their divine nature as Father and Mother.

God the Father and God the Mother

Not only through the creation, but God the Father and God the Mother are specifically mentioned in the Bible.

”Pray like this: Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy.”
Matthew 6:9 (NLT)

Jesus Christ taught us to pray to God our Father in heaven. Who else resides in heaven?

But the Jerusalem that is above is free, and she is our mother.
Galatians 4:26

“Above,” here, also refers to heaven. Then, there is a Jerusalem in heaven, and she is our Mother—God our Mother.

Just as all living creations have a father and mother, we, too, have the Father and Mother of our spirits, who are also known as Elohim Gods. Visit your local World Mission Society Church of God and learn more about God the Father and the existence of God the Mother through the Bible.
